If you prefer to pick up your arrangement that is not a problem; be sure to leave a note before completing your order. At Naya's Lovely Flowers for a limited of time delivery is free of charge. Be sure you have the correct address for prompt delivery for we are not responsible for orders getting delivered to the wrong address. We ensure that your fresh floral arrangements are handled with care and delivered promptly to their destinations so please double check the delivery address before completing the order. Orders for shipping must not be completed online for shipping fees purposes so please kindly shoot us an email for fill out the customize your arrangement form. For pickup orders, pickup address will be given the day of.
Return & Refund Policy
If there's an issue with your order due to a mishap on our end, or some unfortunate event happened where the arrangement is no longer needed; we're happy to provide you with a full refund. Other than that, there is no Refund or Return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your floral purchase, we're happy and more than willing to create for you another arrangement free of charge. Every case is different so always feel free to send out a text or an email. Our goal as always is to make the process simple and convenient for you.
