At Naya's Lovely Flowers, we want you to understand that certain flowers are seasonal flowers not all year-round flowers. Although we'll aways try our best to work with you with last minute orders; we strongly recommend for order to be placed at least 3 days in advance. It's important to place your order in a timely fashion for many reasons such as: inventory with the Wholesaler, processing time, timely delivery, and for best quality flowers. Please double, triple check your delivery or receiving address; we are not responsible for arrangements going to the wrong location. Be sure to leave a valid phone number for a text will be send out at the start of delivery and another text 15 minutes prior to arrival at the receiving location. If delivery or receiving area is located at an apartment, a condo, or within a building; we kindly ask for you to be courteous enough to come wait for your delivery outside your delivery building after the second text update which is going to be 15 minutes prior to arrival. Feel free to share with us as many details as you possibly can for your order for we always want to exceed your expectations. There is no refund and no return. If you were to be disappointed with your order for some reason, we'll design for you another arrangement. Be sure to know if your skin is sensitive because we are not responsible if you develop some type of adverse reaction to a certain type of flower. We accept cancellations with 48 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date.
